The Moai Face Vase Charcoal Black is a hand-crafted ceramic vase shaped after the monolithic stone figures of Easter Island — the same iconic silhouette as the White, rendered in a deep charcoal matte that makes the face detail more dramatic. Made in India by skilled artisans, each piece is formed and carved by hand.
Craft Details
The charcoal matte glaze is applied by hand and fired to a consistent velvety finish. The face profile is carved before firing — the nose ridge and brow sit deeper in the clay than they appear, which is why the shadows on the face read clearly even in low light. Displayed best with a single white dried stem for contrast, or left empty on a light-coloured surface.
