Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders across India, no minimum order value.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge: tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the damaged product and the shipping label (AWB). Full details: Return & Refund Policy.

Which products are hand-glazed, hand-painted or hand-stitched?

Ceramic Cups: many are hand-glazed or hand-painted, and each listing says which. Cushion Covers: hand-stitched by Indian artisans. Sandstone god idols: hand-painted and handcrafted where the listing says so. For our other collections we describe material, finish and size.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for metro cities, 4–7 days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and 7–10 days for remote or rural areas.
