Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders across India, no minimum order value.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge. Just share a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Which products include hand-finishing?

Our ceramic pieces use hand-glazed or hand-painted finishes where stated, while Cushion Covers are hand-stitched by Indian artisans. Other collections are curated. Our Serenity Imports range is curated from multiple vendors.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for metro cities, 4–7 days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and 7–10 days for remote or rural areas.
