Our Return Policy
At Mapland, we take great pride in our handcrafted products. Each piece is made by skilled Indian artisans using fragile materials like ceramics, terracotta, and handwoven fabrics. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are fully committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following cases only:
- The product arrived visibly damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests raised after 5 days will not be entertained.
How to Raise a Replacement Request
- Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video β start filming before opening the package and continue until the damage or issue is clearly visible. Videos with cuts or edits will not be accepted.

- If approved, we will resend the same product. If the original item is unavailable, you may choose a product of equal value or receive a full refund.
Refund Process

Returns (Exceptional Cases Only)
We generally do not accept returns. However, in exceptional cases where a return is approved entirely at our discretion, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- We can arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience β applicable reverse pickup charges will be communicated at the time of approval and deducted from your refund
- Returns approved for reasons other than damage, defect, or wrong item will be entirely at our sole discretion
- We reserve the right to decline any return request without providing a reason
Important Notes
- Natural variations are not defects. Our handmade products may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish β this is a hallmark of authentic handcrafted items, not a manufacturing defect.
- Colour may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or aesthetic preference.
- Sale items are non-replaceable unless damaged in transit.
- Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Packaging Note
Our products are carefully packed with protective materials to survive transit. If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please note it in writing with the delivery agent and record it on camera before opening.
