Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Prepaid Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
COD orders cancelled before dispatch require no further action from your end. If a COD order has already been dispatched, please do not refuse delivery β contact us first and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Damaged parcel: Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Lost parcel: If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and process a replacement or refund once confirmed.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once placed.
