Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping Pan India on all orders — no minimum order value required. No hidden charges at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, New Year, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high order volumes.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Packaging
All our products — especially ceramics, terracotta, and fragile decor items — are carefully packed with bubble wrap, foam padding, and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. COD availability is subject to your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
COD orders are shipped after phone number and address verification. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
Undeliverable & Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order.
Remote Area Delivery
We ship to most pin codes across India. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
