Clay Bloom Planter
Clay Bloom Planter
Couldn't load pickup availability
This is a handmade clay planter with a bloom-shaped form — the lip opens like petals, giving the piece a softness that most planters do not have. It is made from natural clay, shaped by hand, and fired to a finish that sits somewhere between matte and earthy. The form is deliberate without being fussy.
What Grows Well In It
Succulents are the natural match — their compact root systems fit the form, and the contrast between the bloom shape and the low, structural plant is quiet but good. Mini pothos, small cacti, and air plants also work. Sits well on a desk, a windowsill with morning light, or a bathroom shelf that gets some indirect sun.
Craft Details
Made in small batches from natural clay by Indian artisans. Hand-shaped and fired — each piece has slight variations in the petal curve and surface texture. These are not defects. They are the evidence that it was not made by a machine.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not for outdoor use. Drainage considerations: add a layer of pebbles if planting directly. Dimensions in product images.
